This is customized, one-on-one coaching designed to get to the core of your shopping addiction - not just manage the symptoms. We work at YOUR pace using The Transformative and Mending Guide. This isn't a fixed 8-week or 12-week program. It takes as long (or as little) as you need.

What's included:

- Private sessions (virtual and/or hybrid).
- Customized to your journey.
- Access to The Transformative and Mending Guide.
- Ongoing support as you work through the process.

Who this is for:

Women ready to do the deep work - not just manage their excessive spending, but understand what's driving the compulsion and begin the healing at the core level.

2. Family/Client Coaching (for Current or Past Clients Only)

Shopping addiction doesn't just affect you - it affects your relationships. Family/Client Coaching brings in a spouse, partner, or family member to help them understand what you're going through and learn how to support you instead of working against you.

This service is only available to current or past clients.** It's customized based on what we've uncovered in your 1-on-1 work and is designed to reduce conflict, rebuild trust, and create a supportive environment as you continue (or maintain) your journey.

Who this is for:

- Current clients who need family support while working through the process.
- Past clients who've completed the work and need family support as a preventative step.

Separate fee. No fixed timeline - customized to you and your family's needs.

3. Support Groups (Coming Soon/for Later)

Once you've done the deep work, you don't walk alone. Support Groups are ongoing, membership-based sessions where former and current clients connect with each other and with me for continued accountability, encouragement, and support.

This service will be available soon. Stay tuned.
